What is Working for You?

Working for You promotes the value of public services.  Public services make New Zealand a better place to live – but many of us take them for granted. Clean drinking water, electricity, rubbish collection and road maintenance are just some of the services that underpin our daily lives. Public schools educate our children, our hospitals take care of the sick, and our social services look after the vulnerable and the elderly.  Government departments and agencies keep our country running smoothly and are the foundation of our economy.
