How to join

If you’d like to join Kiwibank, please call 0800 11 33 55 (weekdays 7am – 9pm or weekends 8am – 6pm) to set up an appointment, or just pop into your local Kiwibank. You’ll need to show us your PSA membership card, plus the following:

• At least one form of current photo ID – either a passport or NZ driver’s license
• One item, no more than 90 days old, showing proof of address, (e.g. a phone bill or electricity bill)
• Your IRD number

If you're already a Kiwibank customer, you can still sign up to the PSA banking package by visiting your local Kiwibank with your current membership card.

Terms and conditions:
Where you have made more than one balance transfer, payments applied to balance transfers will be applied to the balance transfer with the lowest interest rate first. After the first six months, our standard low interest rates apply. This offer is not available on existing Kiwibank credit card balances. Transfers are subject to your Kiwibank approved credit limit. Interest will be charged on the amount you transfer from the date the transfer is processed.
