As PSA members at Te Whatu Ora, we stand in solidarity with healthcare workers in Gaza, who risk being bombed while trying to care for civilians with horrendous injuries without the medical supplies they need.
If anything, the recent worldwide pandemic reaffirmed how much effective healthcare relies on global connectivity and solidarity.
We call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza to allow aid and healthcare, and the rights of our fellow healthcare workers, to be prioritised over war.
