Annual members’ meetings are held each year within the 3 months from 31 March.
Responsibility for organising the Annual Members’ Meeting rests with the enterprise delegate committee, supported in this by organisers.
The functions of the annual members meeting are:
- To elect delegates in the year following the national delegates’ congress;
- To receive a report from the enterprise delegate committee, or other enterprise delegate leadership on activities during the previous year;
- To provide guidance about the strategy of the PSA in that enterprise;
- To provide advice about the wider strategy of the PSA;
- To receive and share any relevant information;
- To consider any motions proposed by members or the enterprise delegate committee;
- Address any other business relevant to the members in that enterprise or workplace.
